Heywood’s Tea Tree Dog Shampoo

Our Tea Tree Dog Sudz has a fresh, menthol-like scent that reminds us of a blend of frankincense, eucalyptus and peppermint smells. The essential oils used to make it are good for dogs with yeast and bacterial skin conditions, and can serve as an alternative to medicated pet shampoos.

Description

Our Dog Sudz base is an organic liquid castile soap.  Castile soap is plant-based, biodegradable and cruelty-free. It does not have fillers and thickeners to bulk up the soap to make it feel like a gel.  Instead, it is liquidy, and a little bit goes a long way in creating a mild, foamy and excellent alternative to detergent sufractants and petrochemical based shampoos.

TO CLEAN OUR PUP:
Get your pet very wet and enjoy how they create hurricane-worthy rain all over when they wiggle. Shake the bottle well.  Heywoods does not use unnatural thickeners, so conservatively apply the shampoo from head to tail, then massage into your pet’s coat and skin.  Do not get into their eyes.  Rinse well.  Towel dry. Then, let them run around with the after-bath zoomies!

*For external use only.  Avoid eye contact.

  1. Tyler Harris

It was recommended we try this shampoo for our Lab. He came to us from Texas and had zero hair on his body while they rehabilitated him back to a healthy coat. He is still dealing with some skin issues and thin hair. The tea tree did a great job making his coat shiny and soft. Even helped his paws a bit as that’s where his fur is the thinnest.
